Booking Confirmation All bookings are confirmed only after the deposit has been received. We are unable to reserve any slots without a deposit.
Cancellations & Refunds Please note that all payments made are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.
No-Shows Failure to attend your scheduled booking will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
Rescheduling Policy You are allowed one opportunity to reschedule your booking. This request must be made at least 7 days in advance, and the new booking must be within 3 months of your original date.
